Attention:

If you receive an error from Microsoft when authenticating, ensure you are using your @bbbs.org account used to login to BBBS Connect and that your AMS administrator has completed your profile properly. The most common field missing is Department.

If you use Office 365 at your local agency, make sure you are signed out of any Office 365 accounts before attempting to access Brandfolder.
Click here to sign out of all other accounts.

If you do not want to sign out from your existing local account, please use a different browser when accessing BBBS Connect and Brandfolder to prevent any authentication errors.
